Nokia ‘Drinks’ Coca Cola
Every mobile phone owner who is out of the room would be confused if the cell phone battery died from running out. However, it does not apply to Daizi Zheng, a product designer from China.
Zheng did not have to bother looking for cafes that provide an outlet. He just needs to find roadside stalls, buy a bottle of Coca Cola or other sweet soda, then ‘pour it’ into his cell phone.
Because, when exhausted, Zheng phone does not require electricity intake, but a sweet soda.
“All of my research, mobile phone batteries are far too expensive, waste of natural resources in its manufacturing process, as well as potential problems and harm the environment,” said Zheng was quoted as saying the site Mashable
By using bio battery that users replace the traditional batteries that had been polluting the environment.

The result was not disappointing, Zheng phone can operate three to four times longer than batteries Lithium-Ion cell phone used. But, this phone still has not sold widely, because there is a conceptual phone that she designed for Nokia.
When the time this phone is actually published, this phone would be an environmentally friendly cell phone ever.

GROUP TEST: Emailing work mobiles that make fiscal sense
Being umbilically connected to your office email is essential for the modern business person, but if your company budget won’t stretch to an Apple iPhone or the very latest BlackBerry Bold there’s no need to fiddle the books. Google Nexus One gets multi-touch thanks to hacker
Does this make the Nexus One an iPhone beater?
One thing sadly lacking from Google’s lovingly crafted Nexus One smartphone is that which arguably sets the iPhone apart – multi-touch. The ability to prod two digits at the screen and control your browsing and general mobile experience with Godlike control has been part of the Apple handset’s roster since its birth, but it’s a feature that has sadly been lacking on Android phones.
Until now, that is. A US hacker by the name Cyanogen has snuck in through a back door on the Google Nexus One, shifted some wires, flicked a couple of switches (as is our understanding of hacking) and come out the other side having enabled multi-touch goodness.
Google has just dropped Android software 2.1 (which the Nexus runs on) into the open source trough, making it rife for hacking and modding. This is the first, and is described as a simple job. More »
